Carpet Direct is my first choice when purchasing flooring. We have purchased Luxury Vinyl and Carpet for many rooms in our present home and previous home. Our salesperson, Jessica is very knowledgeable and explains all features and benefits of products available. Carpet Direct offers a wide variety of quality products at great price. I highly recommend Carpet Direct for all flooring needs.
Installer was a nightmare. Delays, no shows on a day we took off from work, and then after the installation we found the installer laid carpet over two HVAC vents! Carpet Direct wouldn’t make good so we ended up cutting out the vents ourselves. Never again.

Carpet estimate was way off and delays were caused due to having to order more carpet and have the installer come out a second time. Carpet installed also had issues and an inspector was sent out with no folllow-up afterwards. If you enjoy having to chase your carpet vendor down for every little thing including delivery and installation then go ahead and try your luck.
