What a GREAT experience !! Thank you, Terri and Mallory, for your incredible service—from the initial consultation at the store and walkthrough to the completion of the flooring installation. Matt, along with Larry and Mike, delivered !! The quality of their work is outstanding. I highly recommend Carpet Depot & More—5 STARS!! Shelley and Susan
WOW! I can't say enough good things about this team of people! Terry and Mallory and just the nicest people! They had us take samples to our home to see what we liked. A special thank you to Terri, the owner, who was more than helpful throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cared that I was happy with the outcome. Very helpful on first visits. Will be buying here.
We were at a loss for what to do. Mallory came out and did a free consultation and helped us make a decision. Will came out and removed the old carpet and the furniture. but we decided to go with tile. So they credited us the amount we paid for the carpet in full. Mark and his helper came out and prepared the floor and put tile down and it turned out beautiful! Thank you all so much!
