WOW! I can't say enough good things about this team of people! Terry and Mallory and just the nicest people! They had us take samples to our home to see what we liked. We were at a loss for what to do. Mallory came out and did a free consultation and helped us make a decision. Will came out and removed the old carpet and the furniture. but we decided to go with tile. So they credited us the amount we paid for the carpet in full. Mark and his helper came out and prepared the floor and put tile down and it turned out beautiful! Thank you all so much!
We are very pleased with the service and care that we received from Carpet Depot & More. This is the 3rd time working with them and they have excelled each time. We had Will out for some repairs on an older carpet and he knew exactly what to do. Quick, polite and very, very knowledgeable. certainly recommend and will definitely use again.
