We bought our carpet and they tell us 10am. well at 1017am I have to call and find out where is the installer. Jason says they work for themselves so we dont control when they show up. so we go back and forth after a minute he says so are you gonna let me talk. These people really do a good job. They did a great job binding the remnants we chose for area rugs. Great selection and quick turnaround time. Will definitely use again if we need new rugs or carpets.
