Unethical Selling Techniques and Non customer focused Services. My lack of recommendations will hurt them far more than what it costs to steam clean carpets.
I liked the installers even though there was slight damage to walls moving furniture. I guess that will happen. The sales person did not accomodate my needs to have installers wear shoe covers on brand new carpet and the Owner lacks total customer service. He will lose far more, from my lack of recommendations, vs what it will cost to steam clean my new carpets.
Unethical selling tactics and Non customer focused for long term business. They want your $ and then they are done with you. My lack of recommendation will hurt them far more than the amount to steam clean carpets.
