If you value your sanity, don’t ever contract with the new owners of Carpet Cowboys. They are charlatans from Chicago who don’t do their research for installation of flooring in another climate besides Chicago. We had 800 sq ft of flooring installed in early December, where they proceeded to put nails through our heated pads even though we told them they were high voltage. I couldn't recommend Carpet Cowboys more. Chis was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, and she went way above and beyond to make sure my wood floors were perfect. She had a wide selection of flooring options. The installation was fast and professional. I love my new floors!
The entire staff was prepared, professional and very hard working. Kevin and his crew were a delight to work with and finished the job ahead of schedule with impeccable results!
