Listen to the customer better when they are requesting certain colors, respond to dissatisfied customers. I got the exact opposite from the colors I wanted. Instead of colors for my home I got colors suitable for an automotive repair shop waiting area.
We've bought carpet now from here for 3 years and have been very happy with the quality. We own a motel in Platte SD and have put your carpet in about half our rooms now.
I had some reservations buying carpet tiles, but it turned out great. They are easy to install, look great and wears well. I bought the gray family mixed tiles and installed it myself. There is very little waste due to the randomness and your ability to mix up the patterns. No glue saved money, too. Fit the tiles tightly and there will be no movement at all.
The carpet tiles are high quality, and easy to install. Just drop them on the floor. They don't shift or curl. No glue. They're heavy duty. We got the " grey family" random lot and it's perfect. Sales staff was super helpful in every. Highly recommend.
