Looking for CUSTOMER SERVICE?? Look No Further!! I highly recommend working with Mike at Carpet Corner. I first chose this place because a friend recommended him, and it was close to work. But my home that needed new flooring was in Orange County. I was not sure they would help me. Two other flooring stores would not come out to the house until I knew for sure what I wanted. Loved the product when done right, huge headache to deal with owners! Flooring was wrong product-wise so had to reorder, rip up and re-install. Carpet delayed... then found out it was sent back to Georgia. 2 weeks to finish and owners didn't want to do the job the right way then got mad about fees to send back to Georgia which wasn't our fault at all. I had to select a new carpet on the fly, wasn't thick enough like I wanted it causing tile gap and got a cheaper material. Only one worker showed up and needed extra hand to he... read more
