I just had the most fabulous experience with Demetri and his team! I knew exactly what I wanted and they not only had a good selection of carpets, they had an in-house installation team that were able to install the new carpets within 3 days of placing the order. WOW! I was very impressed by their speed, efficiency, and overall professionalism. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
Great crew, they know their stuff and do quality work. Excellent follow though and 5/5. Can't recommend them enough.
They have a nice inventory of in-stock carpet that I was able to get installed very quickly. Jim was very helpful and patient. The installation crew was FAST, and did a fantastic job. The price was competitive and I'm sure glad I didn't go to the big orange retailer. :)
Nick, Jim and their crew did a great job on our hardwood floors.
I feel so disappointed about our experience. Jim started strong then never followed up with details to be fixed after we paid our full bill. I paid our full bill because my mother died and I didn't have the mental capacity to loop back and follow up. Knowing this, I clarified with Jim that he would follow through, which he did not, in getting his crew out to fix some mistakes. Details were off, follow through was not there and I would not do business with them again and would not recommend.
