We purchased our carpet from Carpet Comfort Center a year ago and it still looks and feels perfect! We had a little ripple in one room and they came and fixed it immediately. Great quality and customer service!
We had an awesome experience. Came to our home within a couple of days to measure for carpet. No red tape or hoops to jump through like Home Depot. Carpet was installed and we are very happy. Great Customer Service and very professional.

Waiting on call back! It has been a while! Floor in kitchen has been popping up in places for months! How many times do we need to call and leave a message? Someone came out in April looked at a spot, said floor installer would come look at it, not a word since! It is now June 1st! Plus our calls/messages are not being returned? It was installed end of Feb, 2017, so there should be no issues already! Company was great before and during purchase and installation, not so much now☹️
