For less than a third of what we paid,we could've rented a machine and done as well of a job or better. We have done that in the past and have managed to get out stains in much older carpeting,but thought we would try a professional place because of busyness this time...we are disappointed to see that though regular dirt stains are somewhat lighter,they still remain. We will go back to doing it ourselves once again.
