Called them yesterday and they were here this morning to complete the job! Great customer service and response time! We have 2 dogs so our house was starting to get that dingy musky smell... we cleaned the carpets ourselves months ago and it made no difference! However my carpets look brand new again! They got stains out of the carpet from years ago! I highly recommend this company! I will be calling them back if we need them!

Carpet Cleaning Service TX did a terrific job cleaning my wood laminate and ceramic tile floors. They also cleaned my upholstered chairs. These gentlemen arrived on time, were very polite, friendly, and professional. I would definitely use them in the future!

Please beware of this company. I called to schedule a cleaning. I was impressed because I was scheduled for a same-day appointment and given a window of 1pm-3pm. Just before 3pm I contacted the company because I'd heard nothing from the technician. I was then told the window needed to be moved from 3pm-5pm. I didn't mind waiting because it was a same-day appointment. It was 8 minutes until 5pm and I still had not heard back, so I called again only to be told my carpet could not be cleaned that day and they only had 1 technic... read more
