Very dissatisfied. The before and after pics on their site can not be real, clear case of false advertisement in my opinion. Do yourself a favor and use a steam cleaning service that uses chemicals. Way too expensive for the end result. No stains or traffic areas look any different.
I have never left a review. However Jose brought our carpets back to life! I have been struggling with odors and stains while self cleaning for over a year! He was so kind to explain to me the process and why I was running into multiple walls! Thank you so much! I will be calling in the future!

Oxi Fresh provided a great service. The technician was courteous and friendly and after the pre-inspection explained the process for my stubborn stains. I definitely would use this company again!
