I wanted to get a reasonable quote for an area rug cleaning job. When I called them, the quote they gave me was fairly reasonable for me, because I was a huge rug, and they mistook it for a small one. The rug cleaner, upon arrival was surprised to see the rug. But at the same time, he was great since he had agreed he would do it in the price he quoted on the phone. And it was partly his fault. He cleaned it exactly the way it should have been cleaned with a double price.
