I scheduled my appointment online, and a representative called the next day to confirm. I was texted in advance of the technician's arrival. Guy explained the procedure and then got to work. I had a lot of pet hair and stains that he was able to remove. He did an excellent job in a timely manner, and I will use the company again.

We had a terrible experience with carpet cleaning masters when booking a grout cleaning. When making the appointment, the rep quoted a price of 35 cents a square foot. They ended up charging 65 cents a square foot, nearly double. The rep never explained that the price could change. Interesting for a company that says “no bait and switch” right on the top of their website. The job itself was overall good. It was raining outside but their equipment was clean. I will use their services again in the future and will recommend them to anyone who needs a cleaning.

The service I received. It was outstanding. Our four piece leather suite was sticky and tired looking. The cleaner was very polite and worked like a trooper. The suite looks like new now and I would thoroughly recommend them for leather cleaning.
