Carpet Cleaning - October 2017 The Sears team did a great job! They called before they came. They were on time. They offered additional services. They showed us a "before & after" area during the cleaning process. They cleaned up the work area and left us as very satisfied customers. We would recommend Sears Carpet Cleaning and will use them again in the future.

Great Experience Let me start by saying I have 3 young children, 3 GreatDane dogs, 12 year old carpet, and it hasn't been professionally cleaned in almost 5 years (I have a Bissell Big Green Deep Cleaning Professional Grade Carpet Cleaner that I use about every 9 months to a year). Dryer Vent Cleaning Craig Oldfield was very king and professional in the performance of his job cleaning our dryer vent that goes out through our roof. Craig was even able to advise me as to the problem with the dryer that was not working properly after the first vent cleaning. Our Sears dryer technician, Sarah W., was then able to come out and fix the dryer properly. Poor Customer Service Manager Patricia G. was very infuriating during the process. She repeatedly interrupted me and gave misinformation. She would repeatedly tell me a tech is only available 9-11 in the morning (the time customers usually work their own jobs ) and they don't' have pre-schedule although she later told me a tech's schedule was booked or not for a day.
