Dissappointed Custer When the specialist came to my home they did a great cleaning my carpet but I noticed there were chip on the support stand that hold up my sofa and ships on my chair that somehow they did not pay close to taking care of my furniture. My sofa and chair did not have chips on them because I am the only person that lives in my home. Great Carpet and Tile Cleaning! Rafael M. was on time and did a great job. He explained the work he was going to do and what to expect. He showed me the difference when cleaning my tile and grout when he first started. Overall he was very professional and would recommend him to anyone. Sears has a good process in place to get the job done.
Great job by Luis and Scott Had my tile floors and couch and loveseat cleaned by Luis and Scott today. Highly recommend these guys! Showed up right on time, work was completed in a timely manner and they were cautious and clean about the work. Thanks!

Proficient and Professional Sear field technician and carpet cleaners arrived on time and set up efficiently. The work was performed in a very satisfactory manner. Carpet was clean and smelled good. Sears is highly recommended.

Sears Air duct cleaning I got the two AC units and dryer vents cleaned. The team worked with good coordination between them. They showed the picture of the unit before starting to clean. The job was well done. I think pictures of the AC unit after they cleaned would be helpful and reassuring. When placing the order for the service, they did not mention that the mildew treatment would be extra.
