Carlos, the carpet cleaner, showed there on schedule. He did a very excellent job and was quite courteous. He suggested that we treat the carpets with stain prevention and gave us cleaning advice for keeping them spotless. The whole project is wonderful, and the carpets look brand new.
Carlos was prompt, polite and efficient. He gave us good advice, and enjoyed the challenge of tackling our unsightly carpet instead of criticizing it.
