PLEASE FRIENDS DON’T TRUST ON THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I hired MAKE IT EASY for a deep cleaning service, and the experience was incredibly disappointing. The cleaners arrived late without prior notice and seemed rushed from the start. They missed several areas entirely, including Living area , bathrooms ,etc. which were clearly outlined in the service agreement. Moreover, the quality of cleaning was subpar. DO NOT USE!! BE AWARE!! Yes, the quote will come in reasonably but be aware the work is not done at all. When a quote is given, the email states 97% guarantee to pass your exit report and advice not to enter the property after they have cleaned it - do not follow this! Also, do not pay until you have passed inspection! The agent listed over 10 items that needed to be completed, all of which were included in their quote and not completed - key ones included the oven, range hood, light fittings, skirting board, laundry, air co... read more

Do NOT use this company. Be aware of the reviews. I booked in a bond clean with Matias with carpet steam cleaning and pest spray. 1) Bond clean: Badly done with multiple areas not cleaned. Floor was clearly not touched, even the basic vacuumming was not done. 2) Carpet steam cleaning: Not done 3) Pest spray: Not done. He said he will call me when he's finished with the bond clean which will take about 4-5 hours from 9.30am. No phone calls even until late afternoon.
