RecommendedGreat help, prices and wonderful products! We just had our basement redone, and you wouldn’t believe the fabulous job they did installing everything. Wonderful attention to detail and just plain hard work. Have always used Richard’s and of course will definitely next time too.
The best and most honest carpet folks out there. Old fashion service with the only the best installers. They beat the big box stores hands down. We only use Richard for our carpet and tile needs. You won't be disappointed..
They don't Do the job they say their gonna do and love too over charge for work NOT done.. Will NEVER recommend this company too ANYONE they are a big SCAM!!! Waiting over 2 days and getting excuses why they never finished the job my relative had too HIRE someone on the weekend which was double pay cause of weekend and short notice from somewhere else u would think Richards Carpet and tile would pay for the extra money that we had too put out cause of this company's negligence!! So you deleted my review.....I will add it again!! HORRIBLE PEOPLE TO WORK WITH!! Please do NOT pay them a penny before all services are rendered. If you pay them upfront they never show. Big Bob's down the street did us a fabulous job & no headache to work with & very truthful. If you want to work with dishonest people stick with Richard & Dottie. Plus, when Richard was out giving me a bid he spoke horrible things of own wife. Said it is cheaper to stay married to her than divorce...also bragged on his $2 million dollar apa... read more
we had a great experience with Richards- they installed carpet and redid our hard wood floors which came out beautifully and all in a timely manner!
HORRIBLE!!!! First off we set up a installation date a month in advance and then when the day came they never showed up! They ended up coming the next day 2 hours later then they were supposed to. Then they put the wrong color carpet in and when I called to complain the owner hung up on me. I understand why his company is so terrible after talking to him. He's trash and so is his company don't waste your time or money with these people
Very helpful and took care in moving out furniture. Tear out & install was awesome. Repeat customers for sure!
