I had my new home completely carpeted and floored 40 years ago. I went back to have my carpet upgraded. what can I say, the owner was helpful, professional and worked with us on our time schedule. the installers were good and helpful. the prices were reasonable. what more can you ask for
Awful customer service!! Go in there to listen only and do NOT ask questions or Joseph will change his tone and become extremely rude!! As a consumer, we want to make sure our hard earned money is going to a good, quality product that will meet our needs.
