Fantastic service - very professional and responsive. The did a terrific job on a large stain. in carpet. We have used their services prior to this past service and will continue to use them for future carpet care needs

Kind, professional, prompt, and did an excellent job. I called for a quote, they asked to call me back and they actually remember and called me back to schedule. Very reasonably priced. I'll continue using them and recommending them to others too.
I'm really pleased with the service I received from Carpet Care of the Carolinas. I had a sectional with water marks on several cushions. After the cleaning, Scott told me to call him if anything popped up when it dried (these marks are hard to see once the cleaning begins). Well, one cushion did, and they came back out and gave it another cleaning. Now, you cannot tell there were ever any watermarks! It looks like new. Definitely recommend and will use again.
Arrived in a timely manner. Friendly, asked if I had any specific questions or concerns, thorough work.
