Been looking for great carpet cleaners around. I found Carpet and Rug Cleaning Alhambra and it has good feedback, I called them and they immediately went to our house. They got good services and the staffs were polite and professional too. Its been a year since my sofa and carpet got cleaned and what they have done on it was fantastic. I can rate them five stars for it!
This company is really top-notch.. I would highly recommend them! The technicians assigned to clean up our carpets were punctual, courteous and very experienced.
Absolutely awful job. The technician arrived on time, talked up the deluxe package and I accepted it as I have a white couch and I figured it's worth the money. The technician blew threw the process incredibly quickly, left water all over my floor. My cushions were soaked and once they dried they were dirtier than before. I was told it was a "steam clean" but it was basically all water. I attempted to contact the business as I wanted to at least make it right. Service repr was very courteous and did an excellent job stream cleaning 2 lrg sofas and dinning chairs. Very satisfied with a job well done. Will definitely hire once again.
