Outstanding service and customer care. Mr. Mo and his team provides fast, professional, and great service. He constantly checks in to make sure things are going smoothly and very easy to contact. We had to leaks (within weeks of each other) in our basement and both times we were able to save the carpet (that Carpet America originally installed) and simply replace the foam pad underneath. 10/10 service highly recommend their work!
I worked with Moe to get a big piece of carpet trimmed and bound and he made the process fast and easy. Great communication and quality work. I'm extremely happy with how it turned out.
Terrible. Didn't show up for estimate and when I called him he started yelling like a wild man and hung up on me. Buyer beware!
Owner backed installation warranty and sent tech for adjustments quickly!
