I borrowed a carpet sample from this store and left a credit card on file as deposit. I returned the sample in 2 days and asked for a return slip. The manager said - you dont need one. Come to find out they charged my credit card \$150 for the sample the day I took it out. I have been calling and disputing with them for 30 days to credit my card back. They do not dispute that I returned the sample, but each time say Well call you back or youll have a credit in two weeks or only the accounting dept can do that. Be careful - t... read more

We have had very poor service from Carpet America and finally cancelled our order. We requested a refund less a restocking fee but have not received anything from them. We dont intend to do any further business with them.
