Do not do business with this company. Phipps Insurance in Salem and Carper Insurance (Mr. Scottie Wyatt) signed a sales agreement that included a provision for the seller to fire all the employees before May 1st. The seller (Shelia Phipps) did not do this but after buying Phipps insurance, Mr. Wyatt fired the only employee there who had written the majority of the policies for that business after she needed a week off to deal with the death of a close family member. Carper Insurance is just Amazing, they saved me over half of my auto insurance and I even took out renters insurance to boot!! Very professional and helpful, the process was so easy I cannot even believe that I switched that easy and come out with better coverage and CHEAPER!! Thanks Guys
I have been with Carper Insurance since its beginning having personal life insurance, home(s) insured along with my autos and a risk reduction umbrella policy. I have had a few claims over the years and the local team made sure I was treated fairly from Erie. They know their business and are always professional with their service.

I have been with Carper Bburg/Erie for 20 years. My husband has been with them since he was a teenager. We are happy with our plans and when we needed to file a claim they were quick and helped anyway they could. I have checked other insurance agency's but nobody can beat the price we pay and the amount of insurance we ge through Carper.
