I am extremely disappointed with my experience with this attorney. I am the power of attorney responsible for handling my mother’s care and managing the settlement funds we received through this legal matter. It has been months, and I still have not received the settlement funds, despite them receiving their portion. I have provided my correct address multiple times, the settlement check continues to be sent to an address in the wrong state.
