I had our Snowblower repaired in Carpenter's Shop. I just used it today and it runs really great. Thanks for your excellent service.
Poor customer service. If you are not knowledgeable of what you need fixed, they will take advantage of you. If you are not a regular customer, you will be treated as an outsider and there will be no urgency to get the work done for you.
Great staff. They are well educated in small engine repair. I had them order some Cub Cadet parts for my lawnmower. The parts came quickly and the price was reasonable. I will be goung there for all my small engine needs in the future. They are located in downtown N. St. Paul. Very easy to locate and get to.
Carpenter totally misrepresented the warranty work on an electric chain saw purchased at Menards. It was to be sent back to the factory for warranty repair. They cleaned it and charged me $25 for work that should have covered under warranty. So much for Menards warranty and so much for Carpenters ethics.
