Bad maintenance and management, rarely are in their office to answer phone calls and only come in when it suits them. They don’t really do their best to keep in contact with you either just for friendly reminders or to check in on residents until very last minute. You might get some mail but rarely ever get phone calls from them about any concerning information with your account.
Not very good maintenance or management
My apartment is very clean. Had new carpet and freshly painted. My only complaint is can't get ahold of them. No one ever answers the phone or returns your calls for days, if ever.
These people want you to pay application fee of $25 per person over 18 but WOULD NOT let us look at the apartment 1st. The lady was rude and said she'd call back after I told her I wanted to LOOK at it 1st and never did. She said it wasn't in good condition and would have to "find the key"...she didn't even have a key? Not too concerned about renting it. She must be pocketing the app. Fee and never rents it out...whoever owns this might want their apartments filled...she was to lazy to show the apartment.
