I and to go into Carpenter's insurance to cancel a policy I no longer needed on a vehicle. The staff member who took care of me was cordial and efficient in getting the policy canceled, and I was in and out of the office within approximately 10 minutes. I appreciated their quick service.
I have bought insurance here for many years. And I did not expect that to happen to me, that was the way they replied to my email.
