Jacob Carpenter has helped me with changes and questions I have had on my auto insurance. He is very efficient and accurate, and I appreciate his professionalism and honesty. I have had my autos and homeowners insurance with Carpenter Insurance for over 15 years and all of their employees are polite and helpful.

I and to go into Carpenter's insurance to cancel a policy I no longer needed on a vehicle. The staff member who took care of me was cordial and efficient in getting the policy canceled, and I was in and out of the office within approximately 10 minutes. I appreciated their quick service.

I have bought insurance here for many years. And I did not expect that to happen to me, that was the way they replied to my email. Because I am Asian and there are many English words I do not know, so I sent an email for convenience. It is not worth mentioning, but the way they treat customers, I am not very satisfied.
