Donny was very efficient and detailed in the inspection, cleaning, and servicing of the A/C and heating equipment. Showed up on time too for our semi-annual visit.
Carpenter Cooling has been servicing out HVAC system since we moved to Venice in 2015. We have always been satisfied by their preventive maintenance for our system. In addition, they have been very responsive to our unexpected needs. Recently and before the recent freeze, we experienced a problem with the heating function of our HVAC. I contacted Carpenter Cooling in the morning and Donny showed up that afternoon, thoroughly checked they system and resolved the issue. We appreciate their responsiveness. Thanks!
