I am editing my review after finding a problem with the installation of my new unit. Without writing a novel I will no longer be using this company after getting no help or response from the owner after the technician had every excuse in the book and hung up on me when I called about a mickey mouse installation job of my unit that caused my electric bills to be off the chart. Would not recommend this company to anyone.
Greg from Carpenter Cooling is awesome ! He was very thorough when he serviced my a/c system. He honestly did and recommended things that I’ve never seen or heard from other companies in the past. Carpenter has become my go to for any HVAC needs and I’d highly recommend them to anyone in need of repairs or maintenance.
