I have a two time a year cleaning and maintenance package that also gets me discounts on parts if needed. They take their time and clean and check everything. They were there over an hour nothing was found. Great service.
Landon was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very fast worker. He answered all my questions. He preformed test on my system explained what was wrong. Got clearance from me to do the repair and completed it quickly and cleaned up the area. I would suggest Landon and Carpenter heating and air. If you want it done, fast efficiently, and for a fair price.
Called Thursday they came Friday morning. Very polite and helpful woman answered the phone. She offered same day service but I said Friday was better. Landon showed up and was extremely polite, knowledgeable, and fast. He replaced our capacitor and explained what he did. He was out of here in less than an hour. Very professional company. Great experience.

On the hottest days of the year our AC failed... hot air coming out of the vents...I called Carpenter H&A for some refrigerant. They came out and added it and nada... So they did several diagnostics and found that the unit had worn out and since it was a 20 year old + unit.... there were no parts.. Rodney spent a good deal of time finding one that would fit both the space and our budget.
