Do not work here! The employees are all drunks and coke heads and yes-men. Management plays favoritism with who they hire and fire, which borders illegal. I was let go without reason or explanation for taking 2 days off but another employee gets sent home for being drunk at work and not fired! If you don't fall in line and let youelrself be micro managed at every move and cannot advance in your career because of the inter company politics. Fake comraderie and fear tactics is what you can expect at S. Carpenter co.
