I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn other veterans. After receiving my VA decision (no earlier effective date granted and no back pay), I emailed my assigned representative multiple times for guidance on next steps, November 19, 20, 23, and 26. I never received a response. It’s now February 10, 2026, and I still have no update, no clarification, and no closure communication. I got referred to them to help me with my VA backpay. I already got to 100% perm and total without their help but I had issues with the backpay. They took me on as a client and a year later they came back and said they wanted me to file for a bunch of other claims, which could ultimately take my 100% away. They knew all of this but it showed just how either money hungry they are or inexperienced with what can of worms they would be opening.
