Had an after hours AC issuecand Jerry responded immediately to my call and came in less than 30 minutes. Quick to diagnosecand fix the issue. Will keep him on my speed dial. Excellent service!

Jerry came out to replace coil. Was on time, and dutiful; I asked a few questions got answers and he went on to work. Jerry laid down canvas upstairs (we have two units) and was a great worker; he answered any questions I asked at any point of the day and was diligent throughout. He replaced the upstairs coil, plenum, collars, installed plug sensors, cleaned up his mess, and left the attic much better that he found it. And cooler too. Mr. Carpenter did a great job on my ac system. Not only did he replace my outside unit after my home was flooded by HARVEY he designed a platform so that I would not have to go through this again. There was no extra charge for the platform or supplies and he gave me a discount because of the hurricane damage. Thank you Mr. Carpenter
