This place is a rip off!!! I ordered an alternator and serpentine belt for my car. The online process was easy. At the end it asked if I wanted to purchase and extended warranty. I accepted and decided to go ahead and purchase the warranty. The alternator arrived damaged. I quickly called them and started the return process. Gave me a delivery date that was fast in order to make the sale. Refused to cancel the order. Avoid these guys they are not worth what you'll lose by setting up a mechanic who has now lost out on other business. Added shipping insurance without my consent. After 3 telling them 3 times to cancel the order they instead changed shipping to next day delivery. They couldn't cancel order but they could change it to overnight. Bull crap, I'm tired of liars.
