Gave me a delivery date that was fast in order to make the sale. Refused to cancel the order. Avoid these guys they are not worth what you'll lose by setting up a mechanic who has now lost out on other business. Added shipping insurance without my consent. After 3 telling them 3 times to cancel the order they instead changed shipping to next day delivery. They couldn't cancel order but they could change it to overnight. Bull crap, I'm tired of liars.

If I were to compare my buying experience with Carparts.com to any other purchase I have made, I'd have to say it was that time when I was a kid on the way home from Army basic training and bought a 'gold' chain for my sweetheart from that guy in the Greyhound bus station.
