This place is a rip off!!! I ordered an alternator and serpentine belt for my car. The online process was easy. At the end it asked if I wanted to purchase and extended warranty. I accepted and decided to go ahead and purchase the warranty. The alternator arrived damaged. I quickly called them and started the return process.
