The return process claims to be 7 business days to start a refund. That seems like a long time, but it's been 10 business days for me and I have not heard anything from them and can't get anyone to answer the phone or email back. Awful.
Do not order from this place, it sucks. Marked my packaged as delivered when not even their shitty carrier, LSO, knows where the package is. Buyer beware, there’s a reason why they have a 1.6 star rating.
Zero star ⭐️ Very very very slow to unload the trailer most of them are new and have no experience. Customer service sucks.
Don’t waist your time I received one part everything was fine. The other part after receiving an RMA/return authorization. I can’t get them to send me a shipping label. Plenty of automated email response that appear to be progress but are anything but progress. Eventually you’ll get an automated response apologizing that they haven’t responded and saying let them know if you still need anything. Never again. I wish I had read all the similar reviews.
This company is terrible. They promise to return the parts because they don't deliver them and send them with FedEx (a third party to avoid responsibility). They don't refund customers, even if it's their responsibility. Very poor customer service.
