We camped in our RV and do this several times a year. We always have a great experience and enjoy camping.
The staff has NO clue about the purchase of the tickets for Carowinds amusement park. The cabin is beautiful and clean, however they do not supply ANY kitchen or grilling utensils, paper towels, or tissues. They did supply 8 bath towels and 8 wash cloths along with a bar of hand soap and bath soap and one each of "one use" shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and lotion. I booked the largest cabin, the lodge, 3 months in advance for our trip for Scarowinds. We weren't able to check in til about 11pm after doing the park all day, and when we got to the lodge my sister's were immediately covered in bed bugs in the bunk room. They were all over the walls, the beds, absolutely infested. The woman working was very apologetic and said this never happened before and offered a refund.
