I love it here we stayed at the hotel part twice and in the condo unit once last year. The only problem that I have with it and why I gave it four stars instead of five was the elevator situation when it's busy it's hard as he** to get an elevator that's not completely full. They could use a few more with as big and as many people they get to stay here... other than that it's a great place to stay.
My family stayed there and really enjoyed it. Everything is right there, no need to leave unless you want to. We stayed on check out day, enjoyed the beach, indoor pool, hot tub and they offer a shower and changing area for your trip home. We will go back! I give 4 not 5 stars because I think all things can always improve.
Stayed here over weekend for a conference during the off season. The hotel is of older design but was clean and well maintained. Administrative staff was very helpful and accommodating. Rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious with a kitchenette and balconies (even the interior rooms). Lots of amenities here; unique being a ice skating rink in the central atrium. Even though I won a two night stay I would probably say I won't pay to stay here....the staff had no control over guest or the public coming in and out of facility just using the pool and hot tubs....the rooms weren't cleaned til early evening and all was done was bath room no fresh linens...room never got hot even after cranking up to 90 upon arrival....they did however bring a space heater but how much could we use it with a 1yr old running around...kids running through halls and playing on elevator late at night then the ... read more
