Having a wonderful time, nice clean room, I don't understand complaints about staff, they're great
We've been the the Caroussel 3 times now over the last 7 years. This was our first time in a 3 bedroom condo and it was great. Lots of space and all the amenities you'd need. The only negative for us is the food quality. The restaurant food is terrible and the bar & grill is no better. Other than that, staff is friendly. We'll be coming again next summer.
Never stay here. This hotel is filthy. Blood stains on curtains,leaking roof, blood stains on sheets. Looked at 3 additional rooms including my own. One worse then the other. Screen door to balcony fell into my husbands hand. Had a 3 year old w me and im 5 months pregnant and was afraid to even sit in the room. Dust pouring out of the vents. Smelled of mold. First time here and it's been Fantastic!!! The staff are great, housekeeping has cleaned our room the last 4 days its perfectly located very clean and GREAT for families!! VERY family centered! I will definitely come back to Ocean City and the only place I will stay is here at Carousel!! It's fabulous!!!
Favorite place to be. Fourth year coming here. Always gets better and the experience is amazing!
I am so upset after the experience we had at the carousel. When we first arrived we were told we couldn't have a parking ticket after we were told everyone in my family was getting one. We then went to get the key to our room to hear we couldn't have one?? What topped it off is that our new car was hit in the parking garage along with 3 other cars. We were then told that they didn't have cameras in the garage so we do not know who hit us. We were told the manager would get back to us in a couple of days which he did not. Aft... read more
The best place in Ocean City.! ❤️ I have my sisters & their families and my parents staying at the Carousel.! We just love it.
Employees are not trustworthy and the security was no help. Luckily my husband's watch was returned only after he threatened to press charges!
