Kelley has kept our Feb and March rent that our tenants paid on time. We cancelled our contract March 8 for defaulting on our contract for nonpayment and have several emails since Feb 12 saying our money has been deposited and to date nothing! She is holding rent money she collected from tenants for at least 27 property owners and some since November. We are all ready to go to court.
