RecommendedCannot recommend highly enough! Due to a medical emergency while traveling, we found ourselves needing furnished accommodations very quickly. We stayed in a one bedroom unit in Oakridge Executive Suites for about 2 months. Not only was the apartment super clean and quiet, Kevin, the manager, was professional, personable, and very helpful. The location is great with lots of restaurants and walking trails. It is also within a mile of the multiple medical facilities on Harmony Road. Could not have been better.

We can't say enough about Carousel Properties and how welcomed they made us feel. My wife and I are from New Jersey, 1,800 miles away from home, and they bent over backwards to make us feel at home. Whatever we asked, it was met with, "sure, that won't be a problem." For the last 4 years, we have used Carousel Properties as our home away from home and we couldn't have been happier. We spent 9 weeks at a lovely Carousel apartment and consider ourselves very lucky for this great experience. Everything was provided while we waited for the completion of our remodel. Kevin is so kind and responded quickly to any questions or concerns we had. But really, there were no concerns. We are so grateful that we didn't have to stay in a hotel room. Do yourself a favor and stay with Carousel when you can't be in your home. We loved it!!!'
My husband and I have stayed at Carousel properties the last two summers and early fall. Hopefully for many years to come. Kevin Hand is the best! Properties are clean and updated and in the best part of Fort Collins for our needs. Kevin is so easy to work with and can’t wait to come back!
