Very nice reception and ambience. Dr Dananjaya was very welcoming, listened very patiently and gave right advice explaining clearly and thoroughly his prognosis of my problem.
I love the nurse who did my pneumonia vaccination yesterday. I was extremely upset with the loud voice doctor who kept accusing me of double booking appointments & threatened to charge me. The sweet nurse was trying to pacify me. It must be a computer error or the lady who manage appointments when I walked in for my 12noon GP appointment as well as my vaccination appointment at 11am which I missed , made the mistake. Dr Petrus van Marseveen and the entire team were fantastic. I really appreciate the staff fitting me in at the last minute so I could update my specialist referrals without unnecessary delays. Dr van Marseveen took the time to listen, was understanding of my situation, and ensured the referrals were completed correctly. The reception staff were friendly, helpful, and accommodating despite the short notice. Thank you all for your professionalism, kindness, and excellent patient care. It is genuinely appreciated.
