I filled out an online inquiry for Carousel Monday morning about an hour before the business opened. They called promptly at 9am when they opened. I had done some research to find a florist that would deliver to a church for a memorial service. Several of the online-based companies were unable to ensure delivery in time for the service. I ordered flowers for a friend online. The flowers were delivered same day and were very beautiful. The recipient was not at home to receive the delivery. Carousel flowers went out of their way to leave them with a neighbor (instead of leaving them out in the freezing weather) AND called my friend to let her know. Great service and communication. I would highly recommend!!!

Wow! An empathetic florist with beautiful work. A family member was in the ICU so couldn't get the flowers. They called, let me know, took a family members number unprompted and reached to them to ensure a different type of delivery. We were able to get them and bring them to my family member. Way above and beyond. They also extended care for my family member all while being agile and exhibitingexceptional customer service. Also the flowers were beautiful. Thank you!!
Carousel provided the florals, arch, and centerpiece arrangements for our wedding on 12/28/24. I couldn’t have had a better experience. Kyle was a pleasure to work with! They were great at helping my visions come to life with the arch and the beautiful arrangement of candles for our romantic centerpieces. Everyone commented on how beautiful everything looked.
