Delivering Near Death Flowers on Mothers Day 2010 – The flowers were supposed to be large pink roses, with little red ones in between, and lots of fern and babies breath. What I received was faded old pale pink flowers that had changed colors to an off white, with curling and drooping petals, minature pink roses interspersed, no fern, they cut branches off a verigated shrub, and that was diseased and almost dead too. great customer serivce and product – I have use Carousel in the past year , being new to this area we were looking for a shoplike the one we were use to in our home town of Savannah. We were very expressed with the service and product that we received from them. In fact they are better than our hometown shop. They went above and beyond our expectations. . Worst floral customer service I've ever seen – I live 400 miles away but grew up in Rockledge. I ordered flowers over the phone for my Mom's birthday, & knowing there had been delivery problems to their house before I was very explicit about the address. The info never got to the driver and, yep, they went to the wrong house, which I discovered when I phoned her that evening. (Have these people not heard of Google maps, Yahoo maps, Rand McNally maps?
