Worst floral customer service I've ever seen – I live 400 miles away but grew up in Rockledge. I ordered flowers over the phone for my Mom's birthday, & knowing there had been delivery problems to their house before I was very explicit about the address. The info never got to the driver and, yep, they went to the wrong house, which I discovered when I phoned her that evening. (Have these people not heard of Google maps, Yahoo maps, Rand McNally maps? Any one of these would have prevented the problem).
I called Carousel the next AM, & they told me it they were delivered correctly (HellOOOOO!!!). When they finally figured out they delivered them to the wrong place, they picked up WILTING flowers that sat out in the hot afternoon sun the day before & "delivered" them. They tried to pressure my 80 year old Mom to take them, which she refused to do. The driver went away angry.
I then got a call from an "owner". The best they could do is take my money & deliver a "prettier" arrangement a day late. They didn't deliver what I wanted nor what I ordered, & they still took my money. They still made money on the transaction & I didn't get what I had paid for...a simple arrangement on the right day to the right place.
I know they've been in business for 40 years. I'm sure they didn't exhibit this disregard for the customers for those 40 years, or they wouldn't still be there.
