Kudos to Joanne and Marilyn (owner) from the Carousel Florist in Merritt Island, Florida, they created a beautiful, fresh flower bouquet for my granddaughter's VPK graduation.
Every single time I get a delivery from here, the flowers die or are wilted within 24hr. Called them and they asked how many roses were in my arrangement, they’ll replace 5 roses NEXT week.. what????? What am I going to do with 5 roses? What a joke!!!! Do not order from here.. also their delivery looks NOTHING like what is online.
I live in Atlanta and although I had ordered through 1-800 flowers, I knew Carousel would probably be the the team who would take care of things. Thanks for getting flowers to mom on her bday!
This florist did an absolutely amazing job and I can’t say enough. We received a recommendation to go to them for my mother’s funeral flowers and I am so glad we did. My mother was a florist and she would have absolutely loved all the beautiful arrangements. Carousel made everything so easy and were wonderful to work with. To everyone at Carousel Flowers thank you for the incredible job. You made such a sad time beautiful.
