i just called with a last minute request for Mother's Day. Yes, I was procrastinating, because I wanted to go visit, but my husband had knee surgery, so it didn't work out. I called and talked with a very sweet lady named Joyce. Joyce said that one of their policies is to try and make so that it's never too late! What a wonderful policy for folks like me!
