Office staff was different today. Very snippy and. Dismissive. Dental Assistant was also abrasive. My son said she dismissed his complaints about pain saying “there’s nothing there so we can’t do anything” Kinda rude and unprofessional. We have another appt later this week; perhaps we will have a better experience. We’ve never left feeling dismissed in the past. Maybe it’s just a bad Tuesday fresh from a holiday weekend.
My kids are always nervous to come but always has a great time. Scheduling can be interesting 🤔 makes sense why appointments can be confusing. But overall they care about and give the kids a positive experience.
