Was meet up with someone on marketplace out there. I was impressed with how nice and well manicured it was. I was only on the second road and 100 yards in. From what I saw and what I was told it's a nice safe trailer court.

DON'T LIVE HERE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN! Just recently moved in, some apartment complexes/trailer parks have little playgrounds for the kids to play on, Queen City doesn't have one which isn't a huge deal but the owner is so cheap he won't even let you buy or own your own swingset to put in your yard. You're not even allowed to have a little kiddie pool for the summer time. There's almost nothing for kids to do here and I honestly regret moving in here.
