Awful. Quoting one price on the phone and adding class and a whole new appointment. Telling us after 90 days we need new prescription. 170 for contact appointment plus the new eye exam. Plus 20 for the class in how to put them in, even tho we have had contacts from them before. To get told we had to buy their contacts not take our prescription and leave. Totally stupid new company ruining a wonderful business.
So very disappointing. I have been going to Hiemstra for over 40 years. However the experiences I've had this year have made me change. They couldn't answer my questions and didn't even try to find an answer. They didn't want me to look at certain glasses that I wanted to look at. They kept trying to force glasses on me even though I told them exactly what I wanted and exactly what I was not interested in.
