My son drove all the way from Wichita, Kansas to Garland, Texas, six hours to purchase his dream car from Car One. This is a picture of him at 7 PM on June 25th after receiving the vehicle. He drove it back home to Kansas and at 5 PM the next day the starter went out on the car. Car One refused to cover the cost for parts and labor and only comped him $432 of a $1500 repair bill Once again he only had the car less than 24 hours. My boyfriend purchased a Car from this Lot, and it broke down not even 24 hours later. They have excellent customer service because they are selling lemons!!! Only offered to pay a fourth of what we had to pay the mechanic. If I could put ZERO stars, I would. DO NOT PURCHASE A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!
Sold me a car that had a failing starter that completely failed within the first 24 hours of owning the car and refused to pay for the entirety of the repairs for said car
